Resilience is about that ability to keep moving forward even when your faced with a difficult challenge. It comes from having good mental strength and a strong desire to succeed.
In your PE lessons you will be given an opportunity to demonstrate resilience, for example when you’re faced with a team or individual challenge that you or your team might not win but how will you respond by showing resilience?
Sometimes you will be in teams that you will need to lead a group and the challenge might seem too difficult but with resilience you can help others believe with the right attitude. Next time you’re in a difficult situation try to think “how will I react?” or “what can I do differently so that I succeed next time?”.
