Well done to the APS Yr7/8 boys tennis squad who made an impressive start to this year’s tennis season, with back to back wins over group stage opponents. Each match involves 4 singles and 2 doubles rubbers. Our final group match is next week versus Fairley House School.

The Team Tennis Schools programme is a nationally organised competition, providing Secondary School students with the chance to play competitive tennis. All competitions begin locally and culminate in a national final.

Secondary schools tennis competitions are growing with 13,700 players from over 3,200 schools competing last year in England, Scotland and Wales. With a greater number anticipated this year.
