On their first week back to school, Y11 PE GCSE Students headed off on their rock climbing trip down in sunny Sussex.  This trip would go towards the students 10% of their overall final PE GCSE grade for the practical element. Students climbed both indoors and outdoors and the students learnt how to use different knots/ harnesses for climbing with, as well as the climbing skills required to climb steep rock fronts without slipping. All APS students had a super time and Will Norfolk even beat My Amooty in a climbing race! All staff were very impressed with both APS students ability and manners throughout this trip.  A Well Done to all students who took part and big thank you to all Staff that gave up their weekend to support this trip.
