Health and Wellbeing Pack

During this unprecedented time, we know the challenges many students are facing with their own health and wellbeing. We have put together a great package of resources which is designed to help students and parents and help keep students healthy and active.

Below are all the links to this package. You will find:

2 sets of at home sport challenges

A document providing some FREE course links that students can access for qualifications in sport.

2 pictures showing routes for both a 1 mile and a 5km run around the school area. Both runs avoid heavily trafficked roads.

A wellbeing guide with lots of resources and links to help with all things health and wellbeing.

A THRIVE guide helping both parents and students.

A PDF for parents on encouraging your child to be active.

We hope that these links will help and provide some help to all students and parents at home.

Chris wins Year 10 Jack Petchey Award

Chris in Year 10 has picked up the Year 10 Jack Petchey award after his nomination from Ms Bowden

“Chris has worked with me supporting and mentoring students in younger year groups for the past two years, with their behaviour and their physical activities. He truly wants to do well and puts his all into everything he does in PE.”

Chris was voted the winner by the School Council, who were particularly impressed with his mentoring. A quote from Kyan in Y9 “I think you should nominate Chris for his hard work and helping younger years and supporting them”

Well done Chris!!
